 Your information is safe with us

• Client Information: Information is collected for the expressed consent to schedule home inspections and for servicing purposes. Client lists are not sold or distributed to third parties. We maintain client information in an isolated database for company processing. Clients may be contacted solely by us for additional information.

• Credit Card Transactions: Credit card transactions are processed onsite at the service address or at our company headquarters. This information is transmitted via satellite straight to our merchant bank for processing. Information collected during transactions is maintained in the bank's database for accounting and billing purposes. Information from these transactions is not released to third parties.

• Anti-SPAM: We will not distribute your email address to any other company for any reason including promotional advertising. We will not send you email unless it is in a communication capacity. Frequently we do deliver inspection reports via email to our clients.

• User Registration: The Eagle Inspection Services' website does not require user registration

• Web Site Log Files: Like most web sites, log files are generated that show the IP Address of the visitor, date, time, and which of our pages were visited. These reports for web site visitors that are generated do not contain personally identifiable information. We use these reports to assist our web site design and for market analysis. These log files are eventually deleted.

• Customer Satisfaction Survey: We will contact our clients to see how our performance was in conducting home inspections. In this survey - clients are asked for their permission to use their comments in our marketing. If permission is given and comments are used, the only personal information shown would be the client's first name and town name. No other personal information would be available.
