2008 PRICE LIST FOR INSPECTIONS
Note: Our average minimum times are shown on
our price sheet, but times can vary widely due to different situations (ie:
vacant home, new home, condition of home, etc.)
Our prices are not negotiable, this is the
minimum we can charge to stay in business. Since the number and type of
buildings are so varied, we do charge extra for services that will take the
inspector extra time to examine. We are in the business of home inspections,
if you want partial services, they must be scheduled with a full home
inspection. If the home or situation you need a quote for is not shown on
our price sheet, please give us a call, and we will give you a quote.
